• If no alterations are required, items will be shipped at no charge, for any item over $250.
• There are no taxes on items shipped to the U.S.A. and all prices are in $CDN.
• If we alter the garment (no charge for basic alterations when sold at regular price), there will be a basic charge for shipping. 
• Shipping charges are basic charge plus insurance.
• We ship by Canada Post, ground, and you will be sent a tracking number.
• We always try to ship by the next business day. Shipping usually will take up to 7 days.
• If an item does not reach you within two weeks, please contact us and we will look into it, and get insurance, and then issue you a refund. If your item was delivered to a “pick up” location, you are responsible for picking it up within the required time specified on your notice.

Insurance Charges

• $2.25 per each $100 of total amount (ie. $500 = $12.50)
